
On the way to the Ceausescu's Palace, you will go through the old quarters of Bucharest.
Sooner or later you will reach the Bulevardul Unirii, the boulevard like Parisian model. The difference to Paris: fewer people, fewer shops, but more fountains.
If you would like to view the palace, you should do this before 15 o'clock and walk to the Street Of The 13. September (left hand side in front of the palace).
Here after approximately 200 m, is the one and only
entrance for the visitors.
If you cross the park at the north-side, you reach a metro-station directly.
The palace is within and without full simply beauty.
Exclusively materials of Romanian origin were used for this palace - for example the marble comes from Transylvania.

Today meets in the Parliament Palace (Palatul Parlamentului) - formerly the 'People's Palace' (Casa Poporului) - the parliament.
